It’s my pleasure to be a supporter of the ISH 2022 Kyoto. I live near Kyoto International Conference Center, so I know good food shop in Kyoto. For example, Curry Udon (Japanese traditional noodle with curry soup) of Otayan (near the Ginkakuji Temple) (be careful, soup is salty (;^_^A). A month after ISH 2022, we are planning “Salcon festival in Kyoto 2022”. Salcon means salt conscious! salt control!
